Who We Are
The Your Mountain team has nearly 40 years of combined experience working on important issues related to your land, water, and wildlife. Each is keenly aware of the way law, science, and policy intersect to inform decision-making, and want to share that knowledge with you.
Dave Willms – Host
As a lifelong hunter, angler, general outdoor enthusiast, and westerner, David brings decades of stories, lessons learned, and experiences to the program. Between the fun, he also finds time for a professional life. He has a degrees in wildlife management, environment and natural resources, and a juris doctorate. David has worked as a small mammal biologist, natural resource attorney, and policy advisor since the early 2000s.
Mike McGrady – Co-Host
Mike is relatively new to the hunting game, but don’t let that fool you. He gets after it, and is proof that it’s never to late to go for it. Mike moved to Wyoming from Florida for the fly fishing (and for College too). Mike has worked as a natural resource attorney and policy advisor for nearly a dozen years, where he works on some of the most interesting and complicated land and resource issues in the country.
Nephi Cole – Co-Host
Nephi’s been hunting and fishing as long as he can remember. But he does more. He loves competitive shooting and motocross, and as long as he’s in or near the backcountry – he’s home. Between adventures, Nephi has spent close to two decades working as a soil scientist, and a natural resource policy advisor. He greatest joy is exposing his two young boys to the wonders of the outdoors.
